The aim of Scheugenpflug GmbH is to always deliver faultless products. If you have any complaints or if you would like to send us something for repair/maintenance, please let us know by following the RMA procedure. This guarantees a fast and efficient handling of your request. Please also use the RMA procedure for the return of incorrect orders, loaned systems or within the framework of a maintenance contract.

To access the RMA form it is necessary to register once. In case of a new operation, you only need to log in with your user name and password.

Please note that this service is only available for customers of Scheugenpflug GmbH in Germany.
